Welcome to S7 Cyberpunk.
By accessing or using this website, purchasing products, creating an account, or participating in Early Access, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use this website.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make purchases or create an account.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within S7 Cyberpunk products — including but not limited to:
• The S7 Cyberpunk name and logos
• Seneca 7: A Cyberpunk Odyssey
• S7 Cyberpunk: Tactics
• Artwork
• Graphic novels
• Game designs
• Characters
• Lore
• Audio
• Videos
• Written content
— is the property of S7 Cyberpunk / John Posey III and its collaborators unless otherwise credited.
You may not:
• Copy
• Reproduce
• Redistribute
• Modify
• Sell
• Claim ownership of any part of the content without written permission.
You may share publicly released promotional content (like trailers or previews) for non-commercial purposes, as long as it is not altered or misrepresented.
3. Purchases & Digital Goods
When you purchase:
• Physical products
• Digital products
• Steam keys
• Early Access keys
• Supporter tiers
You are purchasing a license to use the product — not ownership of the intellectual property.
Digital keys and downloadable products are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders in cases of fraud, abuse, or technical errors.
4. Early Access Disclaimer
Early Access builds are works in progress.
By purchasing Early Access access, you acknowledge:
• The game is still in development
• Features may change
• Content may be added, adjusted, or removed
• Bugs and technical issues may occur Early Access access does not guarantee specific timelines, features, or final release dates.
5. Community Conduct
If you participate in Discord, forums, comments, or other community spaces:
• Be respectful
• Do not harass others
• Do not post illegal content
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit builds
We reserve the right to remove users from community spaces for behavior that harms others or the project.
6. Limitation of Liability
S7 Cyberpunk and its creators are not liable for:
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Platform outages (Steam, Wix, payment providers)
• Loss of access due to third-party service changes
• Indirect damages resulting from product use
All products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
7. Refunds
Refund policies for physical and digital products are outlined separately on the Refund Policy page.
Steam purchases are subject to Steam’s refund policies.
8. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use as the project grows.
Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
