Thank you for supporting S7 Cyberpunk.
This project is independently run and fulfilled by a very small team (mostly me).
Every order directly supports ongoing development, and I personally handle packing, shipping, and logistics.
I’m not Amazon — but I promise I care more.
Processing Time
Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing before shipment.
During launch windows, preorder waves, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
If delays occur, I will communicate them clearly.
Preorders will ship according to the estimated production timeline listed on the product page.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated based on packaging, weight, and destination.
I understand shipping can be expensive — especially for books and boxed items.
I do my best to use quality packaging while keeping costs as reasonable as possible.
Shipping fees are charged by carriers, not marked up for profit.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, estimated delivery times vary by location:
Domestic (U.S.): Typically 2–7 business days International: Varies by country and customs processing
Please note that customs delays, carrier delays, or international fees are outside of my control
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost:

• Contact me within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
• Include your order number and photos if applicable.
I will work with you to find a fair solution.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
