Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting S7 Cyberpunk.

 

This project is independently funded and built by a small team.

 

Many purchases directly support ongoing development.

 

Because of this, our refund policy is structured to protect both you and the project.

 

Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Physical Products
(Graphic Novels, Board Games, etc.)

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include photos of the damage
• We will replace the item or offer a solution

If you change your mind:

• Refund requests must be made before the item ships
• Once shipped, refunds are not guaranteed Return shipping costs (if approved) are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective.

2. Digital Products & Steam Keys

All digital sales are final once delivered.

This includes:

• Steam keys
• Early Access keys
• Downloadable content
• Digital bonuses

Why?

Digital keys cannot be “returned” once revealed or redeemed.

Because of this, we cannot offer refunds for digital goods after delivery.

If you accidentally purchase duplicate keys or experience a technical issue, contact us and we’ll review the situation fairly.

Steam purchases made directly through Steam are subject to Steam’s refund policy.

3. Early Access Products

Early Access builds are works in progress.

By purchasing Early Access access, you understand:

• The game is in development
• Features may change
• Content may be incomplete

Refunds for Early Access access are not guaranteed once access is granted.

4. Supporter & Recognition Products

Products that include:

• Name placement
• Credit listing
• Custom recognition

are considered personalized items and are non-refundable once processing begins.

5. Preorders

If you preorder a physical product:

• Refunds are available until production begins
• Once the print run or manufacturing starts, refunds may not be possible

We will always communicate clearly when production begins.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you experience an issue, please contact us before filing a chargeback.

Unresolved chargebacks may result in:

• Loss of access to digital products
• Removal from Early Access builds
• Account suspension

We are reasonable humans.
